The animals like to come out as the sun sets!! This service event by the Knights of the Blind committee will take about 20 blind and visually impaired participants on a walking tour around the Honolulu Zoo. Participants will be able to listen to the animals while the docents of the zoo provide information on the animals. A dinner plate is included, compliments of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. A special mahalo to Northrop Grumman and the Lion volunteers (pun intended)!!!
Calling all LCH Lions!! Please come join us for a worthy project to clean up Magic Island. This event is a Matson Grant “Ka Ipu Aina” and will raise $1000 for our club. The project will be followed by lunch, including genuine hotdogs direct from Buffalo, NY.
